Having a Healthy Baby Is a Team Effort.
Join our 10-Week bootcamp to maximize the chances of having a healthy child.
Two Clear Goals
Maximize Your Fertility
Your fertility fluctuates based on what you do, eat and are exposed to.
Make sure what you’re at maximum fertility when it counts most.
Pass On The Healthiest Genes
Sperm is a snapshot of your health at a point in time, and is the information your child uses to build their bodies and minds.
The healthier you are when you conceive, the healthier your child is likely to be.
How It Works
Step-by-step.

Get Your Results
Our team of experts will analyze your results and give you additional feedback on the potential risk areas:
- Upstream Fertility Score
- Upstream Epigenetic Score
- Risk of delayed time to conception
- Risk of miscarriage
- Risk of genetic abnormalities in child
- Risk of metabolic disease in child
- Risk of high baseline cortisol in child
- Risk of low birth weight
- Risk of respiratory issues in child
They'll also determine the 5 highest impact interventions you can make over a 10-week timeframe, based on your available data.
Take On Your 10-Week Challenge
Your challenge is simple. Implement your 5 high-impact interventions every day for a 10-week timeframe. However, simple doesn't mean easy.
With 120+ variables being taken into consideration, every man's challenge looks different. Your challenge is designed for you, based on your current baseline.
Our promise is to give you the highest-impact things you can do, even when making the changes will be tough.
Track Progress & Measure Improvements
You'll track your daily progress in your Upstream dashboard, by ticking off which interventions you hit that day. The goal is to hit 5/5.
You'll get weekly progress snapshots to see progress over time, and benchmark how you compare against other men in the challenge.
By the end of the 10-weeks, you will have given your best shot at maximizing your fertility and passing on the most optimal version epigenetic information to your child possible.
What You Do As A Man Matters
And the ~10-weeks leading up to conception matter most.
What You Do
A father drinking alcohol in the months leading up to conception can have a negative effects on foetal development, brain function and even IVF outcomes. Drinking in the week of conception also increases the risk of miscarriage by 400%.
What You Eat
A study published in Nature showed that a man’s diet before conception can impact the risk of a child having metabolic dysfunction and pre-diabetes in later life. It also has a huge impact on your fertility and how long it takes to get pregant.
What You're Exposed To
A 2024 study showed effects of endocrine disruptors in a father before conception can reduce fertility in not only himself, but his sons, but his grandsons as well.
